We want you to be happy with your purchase. If it is not right for you, ask within 14 days and we will refund you.

14-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of your order, for any reason. Write to mindovermarketservice@gmail.com from the e-mail address you used to buy and include your order details. We do not ask you to justify the request.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (including Apple Pay and Google Pay payments, which are refunded to the underlying card). Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days after we approve it. When we refund an order, the licence for the personal copy that was issued with it ends, and you agree to stop using that copy.
Consumers in the EU, UK and similar regions
Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal can be lost once delivery starts with your prior express consent. At checkout you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose that statutory right once your file is delivered. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies on top of this, so you are not disadvantaged. Your other statutory rights, including for digital content that is faulty or not as described, are not affected.
Faulty or not as described
If the product does not work as described, contact us first. We will try to fix it or send a new file. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund as described above and to any remedy that the law gives you.
File not received
If your file does not arrive, we will resend it. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve things faster.
