How do I get my copy?
Right after payment, your file is e-mailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Open it in any modern browser and bookmark it. Check spam if it does not show up, and write to us if it has not arrived within 24 hours.
What if I clear my browser data or change computer?
Your journal lives in your browser, so clearing site data removes it. Use Export backup on the Account page now and then. You can restore the backup on any device using your file.
Which payment methods can I use?
Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe’s secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on devices and browsers that support them.
Is it a subscription?
No. $18.90 is a single payment. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
Which markets and strategies does it support?
Any. It does not assume a method. You set your currency in your account and write your reasoning in your own words.
Does it connect to my broker or import trades?
No. You enter trades yourself, which works with any broker. If you want automatic imports, this is not the product for you.
Can I attach chart screenshots to my trades?
Yes. Every trade has a Trade screenshot field: choose an image, or take one with your phone. It is shrunk and saved in your browser with the rest of the journal, included in your backup, and can be opened full size. Browsers limit how much a site can store, so a few dozen screenshots fit comfortably but not thousands: export a backup now and then.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in the phone’s browser. Each device keeps its own journal, so use backup and restore to move one between devices. There is no separate app.
